Project: Elm Tree – 1150-Mixed use Residential Community
Location: Rapho Township, Lancaster County, PA
Description of Services: Survey, Engineering, traffic study, Geological consultation, permitting for the County’s largest residential subdivision on record, including a 250 unit active adult community. Included the reconstruction of a State Highway, negotiation of off-site improvements, development of a new public water supply, and Geophysical investigation of 200 acres for Karst hazards.

Project: Hilsher/Raffensperger Tract – 242 lot Mixed-use Residential Community
Location: Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County, PA
Description of Services: Zoning approvals, master planning, survey, engineering, design and permitting for this project included flood plains, wetlands, coordination with a new interstate exit ramp and major township road relocations.

Project: Straban – 1395 unit Mixed Use Residential Community
Location: Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County, PA

Description of Services: This residential project included the design of a regional sewage treatment plant with stream discharge and fourteen miles of new streets.

Project: Wheatland Farms – 143 Single Family Residential Development
Location: New London Township, Chester County, PA
Description of Services: Land planning, surveying, engineering, traffic engineering and permitting for project included the design of a sewage treatment plant with drip irrigation to serve the site, and other proposed off-site residential properties including an existing village and two other subdivisions.

Project: School Heights Village – 165 unit Residential Community and 13 acres commercial use.
Location: Londonderry Township, Dauphin County
Description of Services: Surveying, traffic analysis for this 225 acre site included the negotiation of multiple impact investigation, financial analysis, traffic improvements to PA Route 230, signalization, off-site sewer/water service design in coordination with other developers.

Project: Woodland Hills – 300 unit Residential Community
Location: Borough of Middletown, Dauphin County , PA
Description of Services: Zoning consultation, surveying, engineering, traffic impact study and permitting for this 165 acre site involved in-depth work with Borough staff, several sewage pumping stations and creative design on this wooded tract that was traversed by eight utility pipelines and improvements to PA Route 441.
